Cylindrical Roller Thrust Bearings
Thrust cylindrical roller bearing is composed of washer-shaped raceway ring (shaft washer, seat washer), cylindrical roller and cage assembly. Cylindrical rollers are processed with convex surfaces, so the pressure distribution between the rollers and the raceway surface is even. This kind of bearing is a separate structure, which can be installed separately for the shaft ring, seat ring, and rolling element components. It is not allowed to tilt the axis of the shaft and the housing during installation. It is used at low speed and can withstand one-way axial load without restricting the radial direction. Displacement. The axial load capacity is large, and the axial rigidity is also strong.
- Separable design
Shaft washer, housing washer, cylindrical roller and cage thrust assembly can be mounted separately.
- Extended bearing service life
To prevent stress peaks, the roller ends are relieved slightly to modify the line contact between the raceway and rollers.
Here are examples of applications in which cylindrical roller thrust bearings might be used:
- Material handling
- Industrial transmissions
- Machine tools
- Trucks, trailers and buses
