Joint Bearings

Key Features

1.Identification code

The joint bearing code is composed of the basic code, supplementary code and clearance group code.

1.1 Type code

Type code Joint bearing type
GE Radial joint bearing
GAC Angular contact joint bearing
GX Thrust joint bearing

1.2 Size series code

Size series code Size series
C Large and extra large radial joint bearing extra light series
E Normal series (omitted from the code name)
F F series
G G series
H Radial joint bearing H series
K K series
EW W series (wide inner ring)
EM M series (wide inner ring)

1.3 Inner diameter code

The inner diameter code of the metric joint bearing is directly expressed by the inner diameter in millimeters.

1.4 Structure type code, material code

Code Joint bearing structure and material characteristics
E Single seam outer ring
H Double half outer ring
N Outer ringwith stop groove
S Theringhas lubrication groovesand lubrication holes
T The sliding surface of the outer ring is made of PTFE fabric
X Double-slit outer ring (split outer ring)
-RS Joint bearing with sealing ring on one side
-Z Joint bearing with dust cover on one side
-2RS Joint bearing with sealing ring on both sides
-2Z Joint bearing with dust cover on both sides

2. Product classification (3 categories, 19 basic graphics)

Radial spherical plain bearing

Angular contact spherical plain bearing

Thrust joint bearing

2.1 Radial joint bearing

The nominal contact angle is 0°, which is mainly used to bear radial load.

2.2 Angular contact joint bearing

2.2.1 Angular contact radial spherical plain bearings-radial spherical plain bearings with a nominal contact angle greater than 0° but less than or equal to 30°. It is suitable for the bearing combined load of radial load and axial load at the same time.

2.2.2 Angular contact thrust joint bearings-thrust joint bearings with a nominal contact angle greater than 30° but less than 90°. It is suitable for bearing axial load, but can also bear combined load (in this case, the radial load value shall not be greater than 0.5 times the axial load value).

2.3 Thrust joint bearing

The nominal contact angle is equal to 90°, which is suitable for bearing pure axial loads.
